A new puzzle every day
Every day there is one new puzzle waiting, the same for everyone. Solve it alone or fill it in together with someone. The monthly overview shows which days you made it.
At midnight a new puzzle is ready, and that day everyone plays the same one. Free in your browser, with nothing to install and no account. It is a Swedish puzzle, with the clues in the black squares; rather have a list next to the grid? One button in the game switches it.
The puzzle generator makes it, with the words and the clues. On weekdays it is manageable, something for your morning coffee. On Saturday it is bigger and quite a bit tougher.
Every day you make it goes into the monthly overview, a calendar with check marks. Skip a day and that is fine: old daily puzzles stay put, so you can still start them later.
With an account we keep track of how many days in a row you made it, and there are medals for that. It works across all your devices: start on your phone and finish at the computer, and it is the same streak. Without an account only this device keeps track.
A daily puzzle does not have to be a contest. Open it, send the room code or the link, and fill it in together. Once the room cracks it, the day counts for everyone who took part.
That makes it a nice daily thing to share with someone far away: your parents, your partner or a friend in another city. Add a phone call and it is almost like sitting at one table.
